What we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you enter yourself into one of the forms on this website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

We also record the date and time of submission. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you complete and submit a form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. You are never required to submit a form to browse this website.
How your data is handled
- Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- They are delivered by email to our business mailbox at info@integrysconsult.com and are not stored in a separate marketing database.
- You automatically receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we received your submission.
- Access is limited to Integrys personnel who need it in order to respond to you.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate this website. They process data only to deliver their service to us:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Hostinger — domain registration and business email.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery.
Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside Egypt. Where personal data is transferred outside Egypt, we rely on the safeguards and contractual terms offered by those providers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by our professional and record-keeping obligations. Where no engagement follows, we delete or anonymise enquiry data within 24 months of last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights under the PDPL
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the PDPL, you have the right to:
- know whether we hold personal data about you and obtain a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no continuing lawful basis to keep it;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- object to processing in defined circumstances; and
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre established under the PDPL.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@integrysconsult.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transmission and restricted mailbox access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
